I run the technical side of all projects Concise Studio takes on, from the initial analysis of the project's scope and requirements to the final product reviews. I oversee the selection of the appropriate technology to bring each project to life, including programming languages, web development tools, databases, possible hosting and server solutions — all the while foreseeing how all the nuts and bolts would fit together. I conduct code reviews, architect the systems and kernels.Once the project is in development, I direct the technical process and guide the development team from the initial product releases to applying fixes to server deployment. I act as the main liaison between the client and the development team, making sure that the client's requirements and priorities are relayed to and well understood by our developers. The goal is always to deliver the project on time and on schedule, with minimal friction and maximum collaboration between teams.

I developed, analyzed and made improvements to existing architectures of a variety of projects, as well as carried out analyses of technological platforms. I also managed and mentored a junior developer.

I led the backend development for a digital telecommunications product.

As the implementation manager and technical team lead, I set tasks for the the development team, prepared highly customized technical reports, and coordinated the product requirements with company partners. I also managed the organization and workload of the platform monitoring team - I put the monitoring systems in place and led the team of engineers on shift duty who supervised them.
