QCVN’s mission is to connect transitioning or under employed Veterans with the Quad Cities Area business community to make connection that lead to future employment. This mission is achieved one conversation at a time and our success is measured one Veteran at a time. Our network is made up of three groups, job seekers, employers, and our supporters. The job seeker is that Veteran that is looking for their first job after the service or for better employment opportunities. The employer, who we call our community partners are looking to hirer. Some are looking to hirer for multiple positions or the right candidate with specific skills and experience. Our supports (aka the beer enthusiasts) are Vets, family and members of the community looking to meet other QCA Vets and help anyway they can. If you are an employer that is looking for a team member that will show up every day, at the right place and time ready to work, then you are looking for a Veteran.
