CurrentManagement of various Budgetary and Funding allocations for District-wide Capital Improvement projects.Independently conducting complex studies and making recommendations related to grant proposals, budget preparation and modification, expenditure analysis, funding allocations and budgetary control.Research and analysis of studies affecting District-wide programs, planning and carrying out activities involving analysis of financial matters related to Maintenance and Operations, Construction and Master Planning projects proposals and trending control.Performance of a variety of analytical tasks related to financial and administrative management activities involving cost controls, burn rate analysis and financial guidance to staff involved in various proposal preparation and budget modification requestsDevelopment and deployment of a variety of budget and periodic tools necessary to determine the status and currency of various departments' staffing and financial statuses. Reviews budgetary control systems for improvements and coordinates changes with various departments District-wide.Analysis of a variety of federal and State laws and guidelines to assure correct utilization of funds from a variety of sources.
