With over three years of work experience in various roles, I am a Multimodal Business Representative at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), a leading transportation and logistics company. In this role, I manage the transportation of goods across different modes, such as truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal, and drayage. I use my communication and administration skills to coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. I also leverage my administrative assistant certification to handle the paperwork, invoicing, and reporting processes. Before joining NTG in September 2022, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at Zingerman's Cornman Farms, a premier event venue and working farm. There, I supported the event planning and execution, as well as the daily operations of the farm. I also gained experience in client success at Shoptelligence, a retail technology company, where I helped customers use the platform and provided feedback to the product team. My mission is to provide excellent customer service and support to businesses and individuals.
