Technical Account Manager
CurrentAs a Technical Account Manager at CData, I am responsible for ensuring that thecompany's products meet the needs and satisfaction of customers. This involvesreviewing cases that customers report through Salesforce, debugging andtroubleshooting Java JDBC products using IntelliJ and ADO.NET products usingVisual Studio, creating Jira tickets for the development team to fix bugs, andsending new builds of products to customers after bugs are fixed. I also usePostman to test API calls and endpoints, Fiddler to customize HTTP requestheaders and spoof responses for testing, and VisualVM to test Java performanceissues such as high RAM or CPU usage or thread count.
