Have a specialized higher education by the specialty "Safety of technological processes and production"RoK requirement documents, certificates, training, internal auditor by international management system ISO 9001/14001/45001.Good knowledge of methods of safe work, worked & supervised with 40 subcontractors.Experienced in managing large scale industrial and commercial projects, project teams of 150 personnel, Security, Emergency Response, Paramedics and remote Camp Facilities for 5000 personnel.Have sufficient experience in investigating industrial accidents.Good experience of the regulatory and technical documents.Work with the territorial government departments from the labor inspection (planned / unplanned audits).Good knowledge Rok requirements according to labor protection, industrial safety on hazardous production sites, fire technical safety minimum, lifting, rigging and cranes, confined space, excavation safety, scaffolding, ladders and stairways, permit to works, JHA, JSA, work methods of statement, hazard ID, hot works, working at heights, energy isolation, electrical isolation, pre-commissioning and others.• Develop and champion HSE strategies including; Catastrophic Risk Management and Fatality Prevention Programs, culture and behavioral change initiatives, HSEQ Systems (ISO and OSHA standards), gap analysis, due diligence and certification auditing.• Provide strategy and support to senior management by employing a strong business perspective.• Continuously improve HSE performance and HSE awareness via the implementation of trend analysis using lead, lag and business dashboard indications.• Ability to develop HSE personnel and teams to ensure self-sufficiency including, training, mentoring and coaching.
