Fully responsible for P&L of Product R&D Services Line, currently focusing on Japan Biz.

Focusing on engineering product, outsourcing program management in Japan Biz and Enterprise products (JEE Platform, CRM & Security).Leading Japan biz BD & delivery practice. Responsible for the P&L, team building, delivery, BD and pre-sales support.Reporting to EVP.

Team lead, Implemented project management of i18n support on JEE application server, virtualization server products, and established the JEE (especially on webservices, JDBC, JSP&Servlet and EJB) automation framework via open-source technology; Previously implemented project management on Java Application Platform & SOA products release of asian (CCJK) versions, and built CruiseControl continuous integration framework;Focused on outsourcing management by using multi-regional vendor teams in Japan, China, Korea and Taiwan.

PoC, design, development & service-in testing of large-scale enterprise secure web access service system among web browsers, DMZ and intranet web&database systems, partially embedded with TIBCO Java APIs.Large-scale enterprise systems integration with EAI package implementation, focusing on architecture formulation, work-flow generation between SAP R/3 system and Oracle database / legacy host systems, and technical support.ERP (including U8, K/3, IFS, Explanner) modules evaluation for a mobile SCM project of overseas affiliated group companies in China. Meanwhile, undertook the information security guidelines implementation to all subsidiaries.
