Elise has over 30 years of VC investment experience in the US and Asia. She is currently the Managing Partner at Olive Technology Ventures, where she leads multi-stage VC investments across sectors such as Enterprise Software, Consumer Platforms, Fintech and Digital Health. Elise has led numerous investments including Unity, EPIC Games, Netskope, UiPath, Wiz, Discord, SoFi, Figure, Upgrade, Varo, Navitas, Upwards, BuildOps, Feedzai, iCapital, FLYR, Robinhood, Pinterest, ManyChat, You.com, and many other prominent companies. Elise also leads an early stage co-investment program invested over a dozen seed stage startups and a fund of funds (FoF) investing in early stage VC managers. Before joining Olive Technology Ventures, Elise was a Partner at WestSummit Capital, a growth-stage VC firm specializing in high-growth US technology companies. She was instrumental in establishing WestSummit's presence in Silicon Valley and led or was involved in major US investments, including Unity Technologies, Twitch/Amazon, Movidus/Intel, Mirantis, Couchbase, and Yume, as well as cross-border investments such as GigaDevice, Himalaya, VeriSilicon, and NineBot.Prior to WestSummit, Elise served as Vice President and Head of US Investment at Vertex Venture Holdings, the VC arm of Singapore's Temasek Holdings. There, she oversaw direct investments and fund of funds investments in the US, with notable investments including IGG, Spreadtrum Communications, Aicent/Syniverse, Innovalight/DuPont, Force10/Dell, and Versant. She also participated in investments such as PayPal/eBay, Newport/Broadcom, Silknet/Kana Communications, GRIC Communications, and ActivCard.
