- Consolidate global eight manufacturing sites and various trading company’s monthly actual and forecast reports, variance analysis, CPU, conversion bridge, performance tracking and business review, provide financial insights with data analytic.- Support a newly migrated plant in Thailand started in Oct 2020 with full spectrum of plant financials, including closing and forecast, Zhuhai plant migration transfer in costing. Partner with the plant operation team, GM & controller to provide ongoing financial modelling and analysis expertise.- Lead a global TEOA-F “overhead benchmark” project, standardized the process methodology among team, developed a Power BI model for data storage and analysis, and improved accuracy and efficiency for 240 hour per year. The project has successfully gone live for FY21, which measures plant performance from 2 dimensions: historical (continuous improvement) and cross-plant (best practice sharing and benchmarking), allows management team to identify operation strength and weakness for action plan.- Participated in TE Shanghai East manufacturing footprint project in FY20, focusing on migration transfer out costing and FP&A for 12-month plant closure period.

1) 1st Rotation (Jan 2017-Aug 2017) – Plant Operation Finance Analyst at AMP Shanghai, DND.- Managed fixed assets, inventory & spare parts & leftover, Capex forecasting & tracking, conversion cost analysis & control, CER preparation, PFO analysis, acquired cost accounting knowledge through annual budget process, working closely with operations.- Lead annual corporate income tax filing TEOA-F project, coordinated with tax and FSSC team, saved $0.5M for CY2014-16 income tax avoidance, and 112 hours per year.2) 2nd Rotation (Sep 2017-Feb 2018) – Global Commercial Finance Analyst, IND BU- Supported in annual budget realignment, HC movement, 5-year strategic plan, HOSHIN planning and monthly review during the IND BU global structure re-organization period, worked closely with sales and production management team as business partner.- Established POS Global Dashboard for regional sales managers and leaders using Power BI, saved 468 hours for Finance, sales, and PM team.3) 3rd Rotation (Mar 2018-Aug 2018) – Internal Audit, Corporate, APAC.- Conducted one trading, one plant and two process audits (china tax and product compliance), developed risk analysis, and critical thinking skills, and received positive feedback from internal clients.- Automated sample selection process, improved audit quality for more value-added risk identification, and saved 240 hours annually.4) 4th Rotation (Sep 2018-Feb 2019) – Global Commercial Finance Analyst, APL BU- Prepared quarterly Sales, Margin, Accounts Receivable forecast, and annual budget, support for 5- year strategic plan and quarterly earnings release analysis, business partner for commercial functions and field engineers.- Monitored tariff cost and collection, interviewed individual sales, and validated footprint transfer out impact to help the leadership making decision during 2018 US-China trade war.

Developed and managed strategic financial plans including budget implementation, cost analysis, billing management, profit & loss analysis for 30 corporate meetings, working closely with the CEO.Performed fundamental accounting functions including cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and payroll via QuickBooks.Coordinated with event suppliers to ensure the quality of events and received positive client feedback and satisfaction for over 20 programs.
