I’m focused on the simplification and modernization of z/OS management. I’m also working on adding AI capabilities to z/OS management to address the z/OS skills challenge.• Leading the client engagement, requirement management and Security and Privacy by Design (SPbD) of z/OS management platform z/OSMF.• Leading the development team to build a few critical web based z/OSMF plugins, REST services and workflow engine in IBM z/OS system.• Working closely with global clients to advocate products, review product design and handle issues via face-to-face presentation, on-site visit, virtual conference and etc.• Working closely with z/OS teams, watsonx teams and IBM Research.• Working on adding AI capabilities to z/O management to provide intelligent z/OS management experience.

IBM Z platform provides failsafe performance for applications such as core banking that cannot tolerate downtime. dbx is a source-level debugger for z/OS UNIX System Services. It provides an environment to debug and run C and C++ programs, as well as performing machine level debug.• Working closely with world-class engineers (across multiple time zones) on dbx development.• Leading product development process, including but not limited to design, development, test, etc.

NEC COBOL compiler allows traditional enterprises to amplify COBOL program development and take advantage of existing applications.• Leading a development team of 15 engineers across two time zones.• Developing key components of the COBOL compiler as well as the COBOL2CPP translator.• Supporting over 300 Japanese customers on issue handling, requirement discussion and innovation.
