• As WCDMA RBS BOAM team leader for both Classic and DUW projects, responsible for the feature/CR planning, coding, tasks assignment and tracking, ensured the high quality delivery of BOAM load module. Familiar with Java development and Eclipse IDE usage.• Designed and implemented a BOAM improvement about the auto-signal test, which can cover more than 1000 BOAM signals, and kept the consistence between BOAM signal and xxmi interface. The auto-signal test also improved the BOAM code coverage.• Attended Agile/Scrum trainings and got the Scrum Master certification. Practiced the Scrum in BOAM team and improved the working efficiency.

• Worked on the iDEN/CDMA dual mode phone and CDMA phone J2ME development, supporting the Esmertec VM and BREW platform integration. Responsible for feature development, trouble shooting, test design and tracking.• Worked in US as the liaison engineer for more than one year, kept good communication between Motorola Nanjing team, Motorola Libertyville team and third-party team.• Porting J2ME platform to mobile phone and developed corresponding SDK. Developed a management system for SDK in J2SE. Took part in the porting of JSR135 Multimedia API，JSR82 Bluetooth API，JSR211 Content Handler to Windows.
