- Complete recruitment according to the job requirements of client companies.- Screen, evaluate and recommend suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.- Responsible for recruitment process tracking (arrange interview, result feedback, offer issuance)

- Responsible for sales and teacher team building in the region- Track the sales data of English subjects in the region and be responsible for the performance results- Improve the staff quality and teaching quality of the teaching team, and conduct testing and upgrading
