HR 1.Help the accommodation of personnel expatriated to China; 2.Apply residence permit and working permit for the staff and deal with visa related issues as necessary; 3.Handle invitation letter and any other necessary documentation required for the application of Chinese visa; 4.Help the insurance for colleagues who will go business trip out of China; 5.Responsible the annual training program of the company; 6.Responsible the annual recruitment program of the company Including the recruitment process, interview records and screening recommended. 7.Staff entry formalities and Internal staff profile creation and management; 8.Responsible for organizing the corporate culture construction work, including the company celebrations, annual event; 9.Involving the company staff annual interview and development program 10.Other HR work. Administration 1.Control the cost of the tickets and hotel for business trip (as ECC SOP) 2.Keep in file the mission orders in order to follow the administrative and financial requirements on booking tickets, hotels, etc. 3.Support the Communication Department of the Ceremony and Air show. 4.Other administration work. Procurement 1.Deal with the procurement of office articles, such as furniture and stationary; 2.Manage the PO and GRPO(Office and IT materials) through SAP, communicate with Finance department of the payment; 3.Check the monthly tickets fee report from Ctrip and Airplus ,clarify the department of the tickets cost then give the report to Finance department 4.Maintenance of existing suppliers and develop new suppliers with good cost performance. 5.Review the supplier list with EADS (such as hotel,office materials ,travel agent ect.) Secretary 1.Deal with the Monthly Reimbursement of CEO and VGM 2.Communicate with Estate agent(the flat of CEO) about Public Expense payment 3.Arrange tickets, hotel and car for Management business trip or the personal trip to the Management Team and their family members.
