The League of Innovators Startup Accelerator is a leading program that helps young entrepreneurs under 30 in Canada accelerate the growth of their ventures.Empowerful Labs is a mental health innovation startup dedicated to making healing easier. In collaboration with patients, caregivers, social workers, and psychiatrists, we create engaging evidence-based recovery experiences that empower individuals to take charge of their recovery journey. The Empowerful Project is our first social impact initiative, aimed at addressing gaps in current mental health care system for people recovering from psychosis and their caregivers. We created a three-step solution to break the rehospitalization cycle and make recovery from psychosis easier. I received a grant funding to kickstart my project from a previous mental health accelerator and currently part of League of Innovators Startup Accelerator.

Involved in the development of design artifacts from research and discovery to ideation and execution, guiding designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce their best work. Set up org-wide ways of working anchored in transparency, accessibility, efficiency, productivity, and most importantly, humanity.

Contributed to the development of qualitative research frameworks anchored in empathy, human-centred design, co-creation, and systems thinking, ranging from interview guides to remote collaboration best practices.
