Night tool pusher & Drilling engineer. 7th generation ultra high tech Jack up rig. Do performs as drilling engineer for HPHT (High Pressure High Tension) drilling platform in Indonesia, COSL-Seeker, work for HCML.Prepare daily work instructions. Hold operational pre-tour briefing with drill crew + service company personnel on shift.Provide management support for the day to day execution of drilling operations in accordance with the Client’s well program. Assists the Rig Superintendent with financial management of rig budget resources. Ensure both Rig Specific Work Instructions and JSA’s are in place and adhered to.Ensure clear open communication is adhered too in respect to On/Offshore personnel, Client representatives and third party personnel onboard the unit. Plan pre look ahead in accordance with future well operations and movement of personnel. Work with Rig Superintendent to seek out and standardize on best practices onboard the unit for drilling operations. Communicate with personnel to develop their skills and motivation for their current position and next promotional position. Perform and monitor performance appraisals for additional training needs that support development and promotion of crew personnel. Manages the Onboard Maintenance Activities relating to drilling equipment and Drill Crew.
