As an accomplished professional in the field of composite structure design, analysis, manufacture, and optimization, I currently hold the position of Head of Solver Technologies at LMAT Ltd. In this role, I develop technical strategies for consulting projects on composite components for automotive, wind energy, and aerospace applications, managing static, dynamic, thermal, and fatigue loads. Recognized as an expert in the field, I spearhead the development of advanced software for composites design, analysis, optimization, and manufacturing process modelling. Notably, our software was integrated into Ansys as an ACCS module.In my previous role as an engineer at AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd., I made significant contributions to the design, analysis, and optimization of composite fan blades and fan blade containment casings for civil aeroengines. I developed methodologies and toolboxes for the analysis and optimization of laminate and textile composite fan blades under static and bird strike loads. Additionally, I created a methodology and toolbox for the analysis and optimization of textile composite containment casings for FBO events.With extensive experience in developing methodologies, software, and material models for various applications in composite components analysis, manufacturing, and operation, I am an advanced user of commercial FEA and CAD software, including Abaqus, Ansys, LS-Dyna, HyperWorks, Creo, and CATIA. Proficient in computer programming languages such as Python, C++, Fortran, and Matlab, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table.
