• Closely work with sales team and partners in the region for meeting the revenue target• Function as a trusted advisor to seek the best solution for customers• Mentorship to the new SEs and partners’ SEs on products, solutions and technologies• Specialized on packet capturing and security forensic technologies • Assisted partners in the Asia Pac region to successfully grow their business with Endace technologies• Strong security knowledge with Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, SSG firewall products and proactively collaborate with security alliance partners such as Cisco SourceFire and ISE; SIEM vendors such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, HP ArcSight, etc.• Subject-Matter-Expert knowledge on APM, NPM, AANPM to collaborate with APM alliance partners Dynatrace, CA Technologies, etc.• Work closely with Network Packets Broker alliance partners such as IXIA, Gigamon, VSS Monitoring and Arista• Own the POC (evaluation) process • Successfully deliver technical enablement to customers, partners• Successfully conduct large group technology seminar• Respond to proposal and/or RFIs• Collaborate with marketing, product management to define the best technology feature for the customers• Define the best practices of the NVP products and solutions• Perform high-level business-oriented and detailed technical presentations and demonstrations depending on the audience type
