As Sr. Geologist, Gained experience in deep water Pre-salt tight gas discovery appraisal, post-salt passive margin channelized turbidite play/prospect evaluation, and HPHT well drilling operations. Successfully maturated/delivered the Leopard tight gas Contingent Resources, which was the largest CR addition for Shell in 2015.

As regional Sr. Geophysicist, I have experienced both in the prospectivity and value of basins and plays evaluation and opportunity identification and evaluation, particularly in the area of volume & risk assessments , prospect portfolio analysis and making well-integrated, independent and balanced recommendations that include seismic purchases, studies, lease sale bids, hold or drop blocks.

As an explorationist, I have gained experience of both prospect evaluation and rational development, particularly in the area of maturing prospect opportunities from drill-worthy to drill-ready status, working with well engineering, petrophysics, seismic processing, reservoir engineering and other key disciplines. I am comfortable communication with senior management and third parties.

Qiong DongNan Deepwater Evaluation (2005) Seismic Interpreter Lead. Involved in data room visit in CNOOC and provided advise on the data purchase. Performed variable vintage seismic data interpretation leading to identification of build-up carbonate play, “canyon-filled clastic stratigraphic” play and drape structural play. Seismic attributes, seismic velocities, regional gravity and magnetic data were applied for prospectivity evaluation. Derived reliable volume & risk assessments and critical geological parameters for defined exploration scenarios
