A newly founded J.V. between Dynasol and a Chinese chemical company in 2014, I was hired as a technical service engineer. At the beginning, I assisted to my Spanish boss Enrique to establish the Shanghai Technical lab and visited customers to promote the products and collect their requirements. In May 2015, the plant started up to produce SBS and SSBR grades and we in the technical lab helped the plant to verify the product by double internal checking and feedback collecting at the customer side. We prepared several seminars facing different applications like TPE, adhesive, and asphalt modification. As I participated in the " Global key accounts transfer" project, I had the chance to meet peoples in Henkel, UPM, Bostik, Sinopec, Avery and Actega etc. Under the direction with my boss, I can fully understand the features of our polymers-- the styrene butadiene copolymers and the competitors'. Meanwhile I gained much experience on adhesive, TPE compounds, processing of MABS/HIPS and vulcanization compounds like tires or shoes by technical communication with the customers. But from October 2016 till my leave, there were series of personal changes in the company due to the political wars between the two parties. After the company decided to dismiss the technical lab in Shanghai, I am tired of the chaos of the management in this company and decide to say goodbye eventually.

With the expansion of PRDC, I was promoted to this position and had the chance to involve in the R&D activities. I assisted to the product development manager to creat the new recipes or modify the old recipes. For instance, I enaged in one very important and fundmental research project called "Impact modifier screen". I searched all kinds of the impact modifiers in the market, contacted to the suppliers, arranged technical communications and scheduled the experiments. At that time, my manger and I collected over 40 grades of different kinds of impact modifiers and analyzed the test results. The final literature work finished and stored in the company knowledge base.

This firsthand experience taught me how to set the parameters like temperature, output, feeding and screw speed to compound smoothly.And acquired the knowledge on the applications and properties of PC and PC/ABS alloy
