Assigned as PTP tower lead, team size 20 FTEs, covering accounts payable and payment process, including PO, Non-PO, T&E, IC invoice processing and month-end journal entries; identified and implemented control measures to avoid any payment error; restructured the team to build up robust back-up mechanism in 3 months.
