Project management and Pre-sales support work, including:- Market analysis, planning, network design, solution / product promotion and customer negotiation work - Leads/drives overall proposal plan and project management for the opportunity. Project cost, schedule, quality and risk forecast and control.- Pre-sales technical support work, including Bill-of-Material integration and review, produce network solution design (such as data center Optical link engineering, network planning and implementation), proposal and other technical documents filling and preparation according to customer RFI / RFP / RFQ request, new product introduction, etc. - Make presentations in workshop and clarifications to meet customer’s needs and address customer’s concerns. - Operational network support for delivered projects. - On-site support of hardware/software installation, commissioning, configuration, testing, and trouble shooting

- Selection and evaluation of key optical and electrical chips, - Hardware design/layout/BOM of Optical communication and Microwave Transmission network products.- Designed high-speed/analog/digital/power supply circuits, had design deliverables peer reviewed and updated as required - Promotion of new products to manufacture.- Support software development and engaged in integration & validation tests - VHDL and FPGA design

In WCDMA wireless network chip design team, fulfill: Study chip SPEC and design coding which is integrated in the sub-chip. Do UT（unit testing）verification, write testbench with Verilog or SystemVerilog, design test cases for Vbusp and Serdes module. Coding design of Interrupt between chip and DSP (or ARM) using nLint and VCS. Asynchronous bridge design in FPGA.
