- Lead highly complex project for productivity, supply security, quality or capability in cross-culture and multifunctional environment (involving multiple functions and/or high business significance)- Deliver the project in time, within budget and agreed specifications, monitor the agreed timelines and accountable for overall project delivery with excellent quality- Ensure/create robust business case, risk assessment and clear role & responsibilities

- Act and be recognized as key contact and starting point for product introductions and market-related product changes and discontinuations within supply point (local project lead); - Manage medium-sized operation, innovation projects as well as large SP projects according to agreed processes/methodology; Assess operational aspects for new product launch planning; - Connect effectively with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. global marketing) to deliver a strong end-to-end performance on project management.

- Lead a Master data alignment project which achieves the synchronization of SAP data and global logistical data; Ensure SAP database is maintained for 3rd party products; - Set up functioning working processes for master data management team; - Provide learning materials and trainings to operation teams on using the SAP workflow tool;- Part-time working on project management in operation team from August to November.

Support several supply chain improvement projects through data analysis and build, together with cross-functional managers, a recommendation to be used by management.- Analyze data to get a good understanding of the current status and potential gaps;- Compile data and build a set of recommendations with pros and cons to be considered by the business;- Present data analysis in project meetings to steer the project in the right direction.
