1. Implement SAP Business One (SAPB1) for five CPM Asian locations. Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, including: review business processes, map them into SAPB1 functions, draft work instructions, deliver user training, build development and production database, apply all system configurations, migrate master data, design customized report and print layouts2. Provide post-live support and maintenance. Work as Level 1 helpdesk support to handle users’ daily issues such as authorization update, modify customization reports, monitor system performance etc. Work with company’s SAP B1 vendor to escalate complex issues.3. Act as single contact of IT for local BUs, collect and analyse user requirements, submit to corporate ERP core team, provide solution or workaround. 4. Involved in the design and testing of new functions/solutions provided by third-party vendors.5. Coordinate user acceptance test for SAP B1 version updates for all 20 CPM locations (and growing)6. Coordinate with IT infrastructure team to keep application running smoothly.

1. Troubleshoot complex level 3 problems reported by SAP B1 partners, specialized in Financial module. Prepare SQL queries for data inconsistency detection and fixing. Provide consulting services to customers and partners around the globe.2. Document solutions to known issues by creating SAP notes or troubleshooting pages.3. Work with solution management team and development team to identify application bugs or missing product functionalities. Participate in validation test of new functionalities or new patch release.4. Prepare training materials and deliver product trainings to new hires.5. Act as team deputy to manage resources and balance workload. Contribute to support organization’s internal processes improvement. 6. Involve in SAP’s internal and external audit to get ISO certified

1. Handle customer complaints from customers in Germany (the largest market for the company), prepare proper resolution based on product warranty, quality specifications and negotiation with customers and execute all kinds of resolution, including: replacement, compensation, issue technical statement, support field engineers to do on-site investigation or repair work.2. Forward product or service quality failures to responsible internal departments, drive continuous improvement project.3. Coordinate with purchasing, technical and logistics Dept. to prepare spares for customers.4. Work with external software vendor to design an on-line customer complaints management system.5. Involved in insurance claim related tasks with company’s product quality insurance agency.
