• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team• Manage the financial reporting, treasury and financial planning & analysis divisions• Report financial results to the board of directors• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and businessopportunities by advising from a financial perspective on any contracts into which thecompany may enter into• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with accountingstandards and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financialand tax reporting• Manage capital funding including debt and equity fundraising from conventional banks, Equity Crowd Funding (ECF), Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) firms

• Provide detailed analysis and advise on product sales mix, profitability and marketing strategies for different regions• Monitor wheat commodity market and advise on wheat procurement plan• Identify and improve the bottlenecks in the business processes• Analyse different cost elements and devise cost saving strategies• Lead greenfield expansion plans

• Lead business cessation of Turkish operations, including managing inventory, termination of employees, secure assets and mitigate any other operational issues • Coordinate sale process of Turkish entity with local consultants and lawyers

• Develop transformation blueprint and strategies moving forward • Assist Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) in managing group transformation initiatives • Advice top management on special projects including project costing and financing • Assist Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in designing performance metrics monitoring framework and process improvement initiatives for finance matters

❖ Business Development/ Corporate Planning • Actively involved in developing corporate strategies for Albukhary Group of Companies (including MMC Corporation, DRB-HICOM and Tradewinds Group) • Build business case and prepare business proposals for multiple mega projects • Collaborate with business partners, consultants and government ministries on national level projects • Core team member for national project with Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism • Company’s representative as the main liaison with China Embassy, Chinese merchant associations Mandarin speaking investors/ strategic partners (mostly China) • Working in cross-functional teams to develop strategies for the organisation ❖ Corporate Finance • Project management (Mergers & Acquisition) • Financial due diligence for potential acquisition • Valuation of potential target of acquisition • Explore and identify suitable targets for acquisition ❖ Marketing Support & Coordination (temporary assignment Sep 2016-Mar 2017) • Monitor CPO market performance • Coordinate palm products dispatch • Storage management & dispatch planning • Prepare periodic department & market reports

• Involved in preparation of accounts, assisting in audit process, tax computation and other ad hoc duties including company secretary and communication with government authorities
