Main responsibilities:• Lead and collaborate with Technical leader, global AI members from Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam to deliver different phases (POC & Production) of AI projects.• Report performance and cost for Delivery Manager, PM lead, head of Department.• Analyze the issues from the current process and create initiatives to revamp workflow for Department, cross-departments.

• Receive and understand a briefing from a client, translate the to project development team members (Front End/Back End/QC).• Create and follow up accurate budget estimates & back-timings.• Be the in-between between the clients and the team-members of BLISS.• Final quality control at delivery of fulfilled jobs.• Daily liaison with local development teams (Front End/Back End/QC), and clients from Vietnam & Belgium, as well as other countries.• Preparation of management information, plans, forecasts, utilization etc..• Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for changes.• Daily management of large number of projects & tasks.

It offers administration features consist of user management, report tool, chat traffic tracker, etc.During working time at Chatwing, I mainly worked as Javascript developer and take responsibility of following tasks:• Build new dashboard in Vue.js.• Maintain the back-end Express application.• Write data patching, migrating, scheduled tasks using Grunt, Node Cron.• Practice system scalability with Kue.• Develop booking schedule system.
