Skills DB Pro is a Skills Based Competency and Learning Management Software.Back in 2010 I built an Access version of a Skills Database for a client and kept the rights. There was really nothing out there like this. I then made an install-able desktop version and sold a couple a month as a sideline business creating enough money for a few months in Thailand or Argentina each year.Then I got a call from Ernst & Young asking if I had a web based version, then UPS called, well by the fourth call like that I did have a web based version.With the web based version we gained traction in 2014 and 2015, with 2016 being a growth year and getting ready to explode in 2017.I am really enjoying the entrepreneurial ride of running my first product based business:) (all my other businesses have been service based).
