Incoming global volunteer Ad-Hoc is one of department in AIESEC in Semarang. The aim is to facilitate international youth to do social project such as teaching english and acquaint their culture to local students and engage with Indonesian exposure particularly in Semarang. This dept has social project which support SDGs #4, education.• Responsibility for interviewing exchange partisipants from abroad before starting their volunteering in Semarang.• Interviewed >50 exchange partisipants • Monitored all exchange partisipants starting from their arrival in Indonesia until their return to their respective countries.• Promoted the program from AIESEC Semarang to AIESEC overseas.• Communicated AIESEC overseas managers to offer programs in AIESEC Semarang.
