In the past 30 years I have worked with project management and quality management in energy sector, process industry and oil- and gas industry. I worked with international projects.I have experience in training project management and candidates for IPMA and PMI certification.I have greate experience in implementation of new project models, systems and processes in companies.I have worked with many project models and based on this experience I have developed a project management model, named QP Model which give the companies efficient, structured and systematic project work.I have participated in establishing the IPMA certification in Denmark and is IPMA Level C certified.
