Provide support for the core sales team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through strictly outbound cold-calling / LinkedIn.This role works in partnership with the sales and partner success teams to begin the sales process by building interest in ConnectWise's SaaS. Additionally, organizing internal CRM data to accurately catalog prospect's lifecycles and MEDDIC information to ease the sales process.

Being a Resident Assistant (RA) required high levels of integrity and leadership to ensure that all 60 + of my residents feel safe in their living quarters. I fostered an inclusive environment through equitable practices and conflict resolution.The unconventional nature of this job requires all RA's to be on duty all day long because at any given moment fellow residents may need our assistance. I nurtured excellence by ensuring that all campus policies were met. I worked closely with campus safety to ensure no infractions occurred while simultaneously protecting our residents. I also act as the first point of contact for residents who are experiencing crises.

I was an entertainer, I dressed as a pirate and got to drive a jet ski where upon I would drive around the businesses pontoon boat getting shot at by water cannons. Camps and private/public runs made up the work day. I started working at age 13 when I had completed my boaters test in order to acquire a boating license.
