Contracts Engineer
CurrentAs a Contracts engineer I :- Draft contractual letters adhering strictly to terms and conditions of the agreement in relation to claims , variations and other requirements of the project- Ensure the deadlines of the submissions are met in alignment with objectives of the project and interest of stakeholders- Advise project team in contractual obligations of the parties as a part of the scope of work and agreement- Prepare statement of claims and variations under guidance of contract manager, Commercial Director- Work closely with QS, Planning, construction and project team to devise strategy for claims preparation - Assist Contract manager in analysis ,negotiation of terms and conditions of contracts and subcontracts while ensuring the interest of company is protected.- Assist Project team in risk management , identifying the potential change orders and variations- Play a pivotal role between different departments for coordination and communication for smooth change order management- Provide contractual support in preparation of the Extension of Time (EOT).
