• Manage travel territory of 10 counties through visiting high schools and college fairs • Plan and schedule travel for 10 recruiting counties• Read and review applications for all applicants of recruiting territory.• Meet with prospective students and families on campus • Plan group visits to campus for visiting high schools• Plan and execute financial aid nights and "finding a fit" information sessions to prospective students and families on and off campus • Serve as financial aid liaison for prospective students of recruiting territories • Mentor Wilkes admission ambassador students • Present to First Generation students and families about admissions process at Open HousesStudent Ambassador Coordinator:• Interview, hire and manage approximately 120 work study students including 12 Lead Ambassadors. • Create and organize a full training manual for our recruiting tool for data entry, telecommunication calls, and tours. • Make sure that all students are fully trained and proficient in their given areas of work. • Develop the Lead Ambassador position by training the leads to become effective leaders, mentors, and build their resume professionally, and instill work experience before graduation. • Create weekly work schedules for theses student including weekend work schedules and shift supervisors. • Create a schedule by hour for all 120 work study students for Admissions scheduled events including but not limited to Open houses and VIP days. • Maintain a current and up to date payroll and budget of hours worked by each student on hard copy and through the online Timetrak system.

• Manage sales territory • Cold call prospective customers to build interest • Set up and schedule sales visits• Conduct and schedule product demonstrations• Visit job sites to check product quality • On site product drop off• Evaluate product claims
