Developing, Distributing, updating, Implement and maintain the Management system in line with ISO 17021 ISO 17020 & ISO 17024 Standards.Liaison with external authorities/ Accreditation body on matters related ISO 17021, ISO 17020, ISO 17024 & OSHAD Standards.Reports to the Management any non-compliance to either the QHSE System or related works performed by any entity in group.Arranging and managing IC, IA, MRM, Analyzing & monitoring trends in regards to OFI in MS.Assisting Scheme Manager to hire and train auditors, Inspectors and Examiners, conduct evaluation of personnel.Identifying, arranging and evaluating the training needs along with the related department heads in group.Liaison with customers for ISO certification as technical expert.Managing audit programs and maintaining date related to audit program, which includes evaluation of auditors, audit reports and decisions on certification.Reviewing audit files and Participating in decision committee meetings for ISO certification.Investigating clients’ complaints and appeals and proposing Corrective Actions and ensuring resolving them in conjunction with the related persons.Defining the department’s performance objectives, plan to achieve objectives and linkage with the organization’s strategic plan.Responsible for achieving the objectives in own areaPreparing the site HSE Plan as per customer requirements and publishing HSE statistics annually.Reporting to OSHAD for external audits.Participating in the investigation of serious accidents on site as deemed necessary.Maintaining risk assessment, data analysis, risk management and emergency response
