The Company was located in a 10,000 sq Ft showroom located in Fort Mill, SC.The company set a new standard in the Kitchen & Bath industry by taking a fresh approach to capture market share in the booming building market. The robust market had overwhelmed the competition; their traditional approach was vastly inefficient and had caused an unacceptable three to six month delay for a potential client to even receive a proposal. I took the traditional approach of the elaborate showroom with real examples of various kitchen and bathroom designs. Potential clients could wander through one kitchen display after another with every conceivable design and color option available, but that is where the similarities ended. The fresh approach was to provide the client with what they wanted now not months later. Through a proprietary method I developed, we were able to price to the client in a matter of minutes every cabinet line, cabinet style, door style, wood style and finish option. Our competition would take days to price one cabinet line, using one door style and finish option. What had made their approach unacceptable was the high demand had most places backlogged for months just to give a price to the client.The Proprietary method I developed was very accurate and made our way of doing business more likely to capture the potential client. With just the project measurements, our staff could price every cabinet line in our showroom on the spot with a turnkey custom design price. We established a price and received a design fee before we started the process.Company was closed due to reasons revolving around the partnership.
