Designed and Implemented the company's IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System. Guided the company through two successful IATF 16949 audits (initial certification and surveillance). Currently working on ISO 14001 design and implementation. Manages the Quality lab staff while they inspect and audit product and processes, conduct training for multi-lingual employees, and interfaces with suppliers and customers. Designed and implemented an IATF-compliant internal auditor program and a gage calibration training program.
