1.establish new service capacity for V&C in southeast China and continuously improve the service team's service competency,arranging and supervising service activities.2.lead/manage team to provide technical support of all V&C products,e.g. ball valves/butterfly valves/PRV/GGC/Biffi pneumatic/electric/GPO/electronic-hydraulic actuators to following industries:Power,Oil & Gas,Process,Mining.3.build long term customers relationship for sustained growth of spare parts and service business.

1.assembly workshop management and assembly orders assignment ,make monthly and weekly assembly plan according to the SAP plan.2.execute 5S field management, assembly improvement, visual board tracking management, FEMA quality activities etc. to acquire high quality products during a relatively short lead time.3.coordinate with other departments to accelerate assembly progress.

1.establish/standardize assembly procedures of all kinds of Japan KTM ball valves, e.g. soft seat/metal seat/floating/trunnion/3-way/pipeline etc.2.optimize assembly process and enhance assembly efficiency,assist the management of assembly workshop.3.design special tools/fixtures for special products introduced from Japan KTM and France FCT.
