1. Cooperated with the Italian headquarter IT team and be responsible for preparing documentation of the Chinese company for applying ISO 27001 Information security certificate in Europe.2. Be a leader of MES project implementation at the company, includes investigation working flows, and data flows, data interface with Infor ERP, making MES requiring documents, etc.3. Independently developing an Office Working Flow application for officers at the company, technical involes Java, Spring boot, Cloud, Flowable,etc.4. Be a key member of the Chinese company participating the CRM project initiated by the headquarter IT team in Italian.5. In charge of optimizing and updating the network architecture, improve network security, stability and speed at the company, on where information systems, like Infor ERP, MES and other applications can run securely and smoothly.6. Responsible for Hyper converged infrastructure, make sure all services running successfully on the infrastructure.

1. Independently designed and developed RESTFUL API service project in Java for data exchange between applications using Spring boot framework. It provides general data exchange interfaces between number of applications, and also avoids information isolation at the company.2. Independently developing Direct Labor Management System (manage labors movement among production lines) using PHP Symfony framework combined with MYSQL. The system goal is to manage direct labor minutes, with HR info and production info in QAD, a report will be created to analyze the investment and output relationship and efficiency at the company.3. Independently designing and implementing Quality Preferment and Tracing modules, the propose is to collect feedback of quality data from all resources both inside and outside, then make decisions to improve quality , also traces down the improvement preferment and effects.4. Cooperate with foreign export together to implement an internal management system to extend functionalities of ERP, and independently developed RESTFUL API application to exchange data with ERP.5. Responsible for PDM research, analyze and refine engineering working flows, and prepare to implement this project later.

Being an ERP key member working with JinDie ERP consultants to design strategy of deployERP project at the company, and also in charge of developing application of materialmanagement using qrcode.3. Below are projects I currently working on:1. Developed RESTful web services for CRM platform to exchange data with ERP and MESprojects.2. Customer Service Application: Be responsible for designing and implementing enterpriselevel Customer Service Application on front-end side, to provide after sales services overInternet. It has a web presentation, can host on both Websphere and tomcat, developingtechniques applied are Java, JSP, AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, XML, JDBC, SQL.3. HR module in ERP: Extended payroll module functionality in ERP, it merged into ERParchitecture seamlessly to meet new payment policy requirement of the company. Thedeveloping tools used were: Java, SQL SP, etc.4. DBMS Specialist: In charge of the performance, integrity and security of database (SQLServer, Oracle); monitoring user access; refining storage procedures; trouble shooting;database performance tuning, etc.5. WindChill PDM project migration: in charge of data migration from Daheng PDM intoWindchill PDM application. Worked with PDM project team in headquarter company togetheron upgrading Windchill PDM project from 9.0 to 10.2. Job involved business flows creating,testing on system, data migration, documentation, as well as training.Other responsibilities involve: code reviewing and refining, data analysis, enterprise information platform analysis, software developing team management.

Worked on the Greenstone project, which is an open source and multi language digital library project, aims at providing a new way to organize information and publish it on the Internet or on CD-ROM. The software has a Java stand along interface for librarians to develop collections and a web representation for serving general users. Developing languages used on the software are Java, Perl, C++, XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web sites are running on either Apache or Tomcat. During the past years, tasks I was in charge of were:1. Implemented a remote Java interface of the Greenstone3 digital library. It is a stand along client application applied to communicate with the library server to achieve collections building and uploading from a remote computer. 2. Designed and implemented an authentication service for Greenstone3.3. Performed software testing, bug fixing for both Greenstone2/3.4. Created software distribution applications for a few platforms, such as Windows, Linux and MAC, using InstallShield X. 5. Provided software supports toward worldwide users through Emailing daily.
