Temporary acting as the agent of safety and quality department director to priside over the daily work of the Department. I'm responsible for the quality assurance of maintenance, and keep in touch with cambodia aviation authority.

Under the leadership of Chief Technical Officer, I was responsible for the daily work of quality division and responsible for quality management, quality audit and safety management of Maintenance Dept.

I kept in touch with the CAAC officers, applied permission and certificate for maintenance activity and aircraft, sent service difficult report to CAAC. I took part in quality audit and investigation. I arranged the quality supervision personnel to implement onsite supervision.

I am in charge of the operation of air tourism use helicopter and provide consult and assist for company and personnel to charter a corporate aircraft.

I was in charge of the internal and external audit, and management the contractor's qualification include Suppliers and MRO. I kept in touch with the management organization officers and applied permission for maintenance activity and aircraft. I controlled and updated the aircraft documents and maintenance records, took part in the transfer register of aircraft include from the N to B and from B to N. I also took part in the AOC application for Cayman Island and Macau.
