Lead the business development/ data architecture of new DWH project for VPBank- Co-spearheaded the creation of the bank's Data Warehouse- Spearheaded the development of the bank's Business Intelligence solutions- Laid down foundations for bank-wide structure for business requirements

- Lead the implementation of data feeder and analyst for wealth management system of VPBank (Dream application)- Lead big data innovative, data analyst, support marketing, operation teams in customer acquisition.

- Business Analyst for operational reporting business as usual: SBV compliance, Debt Restructure, Debt Commercial.- BA Lead & Co-ordinator for Data projects: DWH phase 2a(Circular 35), Collection (Data feeder for collection analyzing), Basel II (Cashflow engine, RWA Calculation, Data Modeling).

- Technical Leader/ PM for Operation Reporting System Project: Evaluated the current operation report system, after that offered and implemented a new system to handle all reports for MB Bank.- Technical Leader/ PM for Circular 31 Project: SBV Compliance 2014- Business Analyst/ Development for Circular 36 (Basel I & a part of Basel II reports following SBV requirements)- Technical Leader in POC for DWH project.

- PM/Technical Leader of BI/DW project for Vietinbank (MIS). To be responsible for BI reporting implementation/presentation, data analyst and reporting solution.- Reporting team leader of Laoviet core-bank transformation project.

- Participate as a member in development team which had implemented PMT project, a tool to manage automation configuration, followed Agile-Scrum model.- Participate as a member of Configuration Config Management (Policy) project, outsourcing for US customer (Tripwire) about automation security configuration.- Responsibility for *NIX (Unix, Linux) systems' configuration, implement automatic testing and hardening following the industry standard: CIS, DISA, PCI DSS, ...
