I worked as a team leader who guided my team in their project to reach out to potential speakers for Gaotek summit event. I helped team members with any questions, I keep daily and weekly records of my team performance and lead team meeting every week to keep the team on track. my work eventually got me promoted to a supervisor role which had me take direct orders from the operation manager and make sure the orders are followed by everyone in my team.
