Product Management, Product Design, and Content Strategy to build and improve technology that helps teachers and students. Some of the projects my team worked on include growth, improving access to relevant content, a single sign-on solution, a unified approach to user-generated and user-curated content, unifying the design language across products, and consistency for administrator tools. Negotiated major partnership with Microsoft for the tight integration of Office and other products.

Built a team of engineers, data scientists, and product analysts to enable data-driven decision making and insights for the whole company. Transitioned data warehouse and query infrastructure from Teradata Aster to Hadoop/Hive/Hue. Summarized and presented data to other executives and the Board. Increasingly led Product Management for Growth, Content Recommendations, and Parents. Helped Edmodo triple its registered users.

Led a team of analysts to work closely with Product Managers, adding Privacy, Follow, and Groups products. Examined time-spent-in-product and some aspects of registration and new user experience.

Worked closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand, monitor, and improve performance of existing and new products. Data mining, analytics, and insights on Profiles, Interests, and Messaging products. Hive, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and R to process, analyze, and visualize massive amounts of data, create dashboards, and define and improve metrics.

Worked on all compensation for the company as part of a 2 person team, collaborating closely with Recruiting and HRBPs. Completed 3 company-wide review cycles. Modeled payroll increases, bonus payouts, and equity dilution. Extensive analysis to develop stock refresher program. Product Manager to develop a new web-based Reviews Tool that could grow with company and power semi-annual cycles. Automated personalized review letters using Excel and VBA. Built framework to help candidates value their offers.

Worked closely with clients and leading academic experts to analyze economic and financial issues in litigation. Financial modeling, data mining, report drafting, and economic analysis. Cases included antitrust, breach of contract, general damages, savings & loan, and international arbitration. Designed and built Associate recruiting ATS . Introduced electronic backup binders quickly adopted firm-wide. Led Analyst recruiting at Chicago schools and training of new and experienced analysts in Excel, VBA, and electronic document management.

Counseled students and planned activities and programming.

Tested and certified ATM software, coordinated bug tracking and debugging with teams in India and the Philippines, upgraded and maintained Product Test Lab computer systems, developed tools to interface Excel and Oracle using VBA and SQL.
