On BIM Development:- Build up and responsible on the BIM Road Map of the company;- Managing and build up BIM Team;- Authoring and implementing the BIM Standards, BIM tools templates;- Validate the current BIM workflows and set up a plan to upgrade & optimize them;- Study and propose the new technologies and set up a plan to align them with the Corporate's design workflows;- Training and implementing BIM to the project team.- Regularly evaluating BIM skills for all staffs, setting up the training schedule to upgrade their levels to match with company’s BIM requirement. On BIM Projects:- Study client’s BIM requirements, Employee Information Requirement (EIR) and create the BIM Execution Plan (BEP);- Interview and evaluate BIM capabilities of all BIM consultants at the tender stage of BIM projects, support QS team in selecting the suitable BIM parties.- Setting up Common Data Environment (CDE) for all BIM projects to manage and exchange project Data;- Follow up and support BIM team to deliver the highest quality BIM products within the given time frames;- Leading BIM consultants in authoring BIM models by using Autodesk Revit;- Leading BIM parties in 3D coordination and clash detection, clash report;- Leading the BIM coordination meeting between multi-disciplines to solve the clashes;

I am working as a BIM Coordinator in the field of Building and Industrial. In this role, I am responsible for the coordination between the MEP disciplines (including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) & incorporate all of them with the Architecture/ Civil/ Structure team, also with all stakeholders of the project. I am specialized in setting up BIM projects on CDE and process them by using the BIM approach, support the engineering team in working, monitoring, checking, and maintenance 3D models, make sure they are following RHDHV BIM Policy. I also specialized in 3D design and visualization.In addition, my professional background is Civil Engineering for many kinds of projects in different work environments, and i think it will add value to keep the overview within the projects.Besides doing BIM projects, I am a member of the Digital Way of Work (DWOW) Team, that responsible for implementing DWOW from Corporate in the Netherland to the offices in Vietnam.
