• Provide cost estimate and project management of installation, replacing, maintenance of mechanical HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings for national retails (PETCO, Marshall, Ross, MED Express) • Resolve conflicts with General Contractors and owner. update projects progress, change order and request for information. • Create and maintain schedule for staffs, subcontracts and vendor.

I want to create an environment where students who are out of bell curve in their class, either because they're so far behind or so far ahead, thrive in their own pace of learning. Since Apple Learning Center focus on each students individually, it makes a striking different in result compare to public school and other learning centers. With engineering background, I put center's focus on STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math).

• Modify P&ID for chemical system rehab of Water Purification Plant.• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers to develop Electrical and Instrumentation plans for upgrading underground wells.• Support Senior Engineers to create proposals of three $7 mil. projects by bringing the initial brainstorms into CAD.

• Work with team of Professional Engineers to finalize projects.• Coordinate with sub-contract drafting firm to meet requirements from clients.• Create weekly report to clients and project the outcomes for the next period.

• Facilitate Mechanics II workshop for more than 30 students by effectively communicating technical material and content.• Assign problems, create pop quizzes, write weekly plan.

• Redesign vibration laboratory kits to educate students in mechanical and civil engineering.• Design, program, and build a microcontroller & computer system to control ferro-fluid reaction.• Use Inventor to create 3D images, 2D technical drawings for two projects and one for Ph.D. thesis.

• Provide private tutoring in chemistry, physics and math courses for more than 100 students from different levels and backgrounds (from elementary to university students with age ranges from 7 to 51).• Most students become top student in class and top 5% in school.

• Full grants in Piping Design Program (Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain).• Assist professor to hold web conferences and fix technical issues.

• Performed research on high-gained amplifiers.• Manufactured battery-operated amplifiers that were 15 times cheaper than commercial amplifiers and saved $10,000 in purchasing seven new commercial piezo-ceramic amplifiers (amplifiers also weigh 20 times less).

• Tutored students in a variety of coursework, from Calculus I, II, III to Engineering Mathematics at the Center for Academic Support and Assessment.
