- I graduated mechanical engineer in 2007 and Master of Business Administration at Bach Khoa University HCMC in 2012.- About working experience: having 5 years experience in R&D air compressors and factory management, ever held through the positions: plant manager, general technical director.- The result has been achieved: the successful design of the 20-100HP air compressor for Huu Toan Company. Writting the production process, research and design completely new air compressor assembly site for Huu Toan, design the line to arrange CNC machining machines for PVDtech, design the compressor assembly factory for Thang Uy .Writing all new production processes : which are all newly designed based on the lean production philosophy to optimize the area and minimize worker manipulations, improve productivity and reduce costs. Lean production was also applied to the supply chain of parts and accessories to minimize storage space and factory costs.
