Quan Hall is the Founder and CEO of HGD, an architectural and engineering firm specialized in designing buildings for private, state and federal clients. Quan has worked in the architectural-engineering (A-E) industry for more than 20-years. She has managed over $3 Billion of Department of Defense real property assets and has led more than 100 capital improvement projects overseas and nationally. Her expertise ranges from facility planning, to design development, to the renovation and construction of existing and new facilities and related infrastructure. During her time with the Navy, Quan was recognized with the prestigious Civilian Meritorious Service Award for her contribution to innovation and methodology approach for producing timely and cost effective projects for the Navy. As the CEO of HGD, Quan has integrated her many years of Lessons Learned and client experience to the HGD culture. Quan collaborates with industry leading partners to form opportunities for establishing HGD’s 5-10 year outlook and strategic pipeline planning.
