• Responsible for final and pre-shipment inspection activities• Perform and witness in process and hold point inspections such as visual and dimensional, electrical equipment, interior assembly, continuity, pre-dielectric and dielectric test, water test, complete truck assembly, door, and air leakage, weighing, safety appliance, single car brake tests and leveling. Function tests such as door operation, battery installation, interior and exterior equipment installation, CCTV, communication system, interior lighting, and emergency lighting, HVAC, Pantograph at Hyundai Rotem facilities in Seaview RI, Frazier, and Philadelphia, PA• Perform Buy America Audits and inspections• Responsible for non-conformance initiation and follow up.• Perform receiving inspection on vehicle shells and components• Responsible for assuring compliance with internal quality plans, FRA, FDA, APTA, and transit agency specifications and standards
