I began in recruitment 20 years ago building technology teams for high growth technology businesses. Along the way I became interested in financial markets so I had to learn all about how the markets worked. After coming out of this 'rabbit hole', I decided to combine my experiences and learnings into our business - building trading teams for systematic driven firms.
