This is a software company, focused on mapping and auditing supply chains in the Conflict Minerals sphere, for large corporations.Coached and mentored Members of the Board of Crossroads Capital Management Inc., employees and some of their clients.Conducted a workshop for members of the Veterans’ Administration to establish a more conducive culture in their division.Appointed to the Board of The Small Business Company to set up a coaching platform – recruiting, training and developing skilled coaches. The Netherlands

Set up Dale Carnegie in The Netherlands to ensure continuity.Conducted Training and Coaching sessions for KPMG over 10 Years when KMG merged with Peat Marwick - over 650 Partners, Senior Managers and High Potentials were involved in this process.Conducted Coaching Seminars, Workshops and individual sessions for 32 Engineers and Scientists at the European Space Agency over 2 years in The Netherlands. Ultimately the specific team made up of 14 different nationalities successfully launched a satellite into space.During this period provided Training and Coaching for Rabo Bank, Ing Bank and ABN AMRO Bank in interactive groups as well as individually.
