Currently, I focus on briefing and developing open-minded Executives, using Finely-Tuned Profiles, to attain personal Quantum Leap Results for themselves and their Organizations. I provide, tailored, Individual Profile Intelligence and Heightened-Awareness Insights for Executive Career Coaching clients in association with Janet Andrews from 'A Career Above'.At this time I am producing a series of Podcasts on "Quantum Leap Results".Most of my career background over 30 years in 26 different countries consists of training, coaching and mentoring executives and high potentials in business to stretch themselves to new heights. In virtually all cases I have used sophisticated profiles internationally, to increase awareness, insight and intelligence as a platform to attain better results.Over 12 years in The Netherlands, I coached, mentored and trained over 600 partners, senior managers and high potentials for KPMG in The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. I coached and trained a specially chosen team of 32 Engineers and Scientists from 14 countries at ESA (European Space Agency) to upgrade teamwork, understanding cultural differences and improving team communications and cooperation. This team later fulfilled their mission by successfully launching a satellite into space. Over the last 18 years in the USA, I have focused mainly on Business Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and have worked with entrepreneurs to increase business awareness.Publications:"The Greatest Business Coaching Book" is utilized by Executive management to coach for Superior Team Performance.My initial publication was written for managers who needed new insights into how to do it right and was then republished as an audio-book narrated by me. It is titled, "The Greatest Book on Coaching for Small Business".
