- Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations- Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover users- Compiling and analyzing statistical data to collect it

- Proposing, ideating, planning marketing campaigns in phases, roadmap to increase the number of new users + retain, increase the number/frequency of transactions of old users- Communicate with Sales, Strategy and partners (Merchants + Banks) then Analyze demand - Consulting, closing the script - Planning the implementation of the program- Fully in charge of Email Marketing (internal communication, communication to the target audience - from the time the email channel was deployed)- Monitor and coordinate the operation and analysis of marketing campaigns with other departments (BI, DS, Operations, Customer Care)- Weekly data analysis to provide evaluation and ways to improve performance, increase customer experience- Report metrics related to campaigns
