I was recruited into overseeing Bloomberg’s North American Facilities based on the administrative contributions I made as News Administration Team Leader. During my tenure, I worked diligently to ensure the efficient operations of 310K square feet of Class A office space, streamlined processes, and oversaw 26 office relocations. In addition, I mentored a staff of 13 facilities team members to improve their future career prospects and improve Bloomberg's future performance.

After a successful run as a Newsroom Administrator with Bloomberg, I was promoted into a Leadership role where I was responsible managing a team of 24 Newsroom Administrators. As a Team Leader, I improved company productivity by streamlining existing operations and processes while also establishing new procedures. I also acted as a liaison between the facilities, purchasing and IS teams to expedite office refurbishments and relocations. In addition, I maintained close relationships with Bloomberg’s domestic and international office teams by making regular visits to London, Tokyo, South America, and US-based offices.

During my tenure as a Newsroom Administrator, Bloomberg was a growing startup without established administrative processes. My role focused on designing procedures that enabled Bloomberg to quickly scale and add revenue without day-to-day details slipping through the cracks. I also coordinated meet-and-greets, VIP visits, travel schedules, calendars and special events.

During my time with McGraw Hill, I was responsible for managing a team of 18 construction news reporters and their news gathering efforts by maintaining relationships with NJ architects, general contractors, state, and local government officials. I also served on a large scale project implementation team tasked with centralized operations and automated processing.
