National Mis Specialist
CurrentDetailed Responsibilities: • Conducting a comprehensive review of PKSF's work processes and creating baseline and post-review reports before and after digital transformation implementation.• Collaborating with PKSF's IT division to evaluate the application of Management Information Systems (MIS), offering recommendations for improved financial reporting formats and data analysis.• Assisting PKSF's staff in generating consistent, timely, and accurate financial data and reports by providing training on MIS application and data management.• Assessing PKSF's IT environment, infrastructure, and staff capacity to enhance MIS applications for better operational efficiency and risk management. Recommending staffing arrangements, skill development, and institutional improvements.• Supporting international and national microfinance institutions development specialists in conducting diagnostic reviews of partner organizations' MIS. Providing recommendations to improve their MIS or Core Banking Systems (CBS) applications.• Facilitating PKSF's integration of MIS with partner organizations for real-time operational and financial data. Advising partners on enhancing their CBS connectivity with PKSF MIS and other digital financial service platforms.• Contributing inputs for PKSF's quarterly progress report and preparing additional reports, briefs, and presentations as required by the technical advisor.
